Hello, my name is Helen and I have a very nice furnished apartment of 96m2, it has three rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 living room) and a kitchen. Fully equipped with all needed furniture and home appliances.

You will be sharing the apartment with another student. Each one has his private room, and you will be sharing the living room, the bathroom, and the kitchen.

The apartment is located in an excellent location, 5 minutes from Borlänge center by foot and around 8 mins by foot from the central station. It is also 3 minutes away by foot from Maxi ICA, a mega store that has everything under one roof!

The neighborhood is very a friendly one, with private houses around and very calm most time and days of the year.

The rental fee includes all services (Water, heating, electricity and Wifi). The apartment has its own bathroom and toilet.

As it is by default in Sweden, the laundry room is shared for the whole building. where a washing and drying machines are available together with all other needed basic stuff.

In other words, everything is ready for you to pack your suitcase and move in :-)
